What does it take to see the beauty around us?  For me, it took a national shelter-in-place order to begin to see White Rock Lake; more specifically its sunrises and sunsets (no two alike).  And its shining water. And creatures. And a world of magic mere streets away.  One morning in March of 2020, I took my camera with me; that night I posted on the neighborhood Facebook page the first of what became my almost daily White Rock Lake photos.  From the overwhelming response came a 40 page coffee table book titled White Rock Lake: Dawn to Dusk, which is being enjoyed throughout Dallas.
